Jade Jones: ‘Broken’ at Tokyo Olympics, but SAS show helped her through
Double Olympic taekwondo champion Jade Jones says she had a chance to find herself on television programme SAS: Who Dares Wins.
She had been left “broken” by defeat at the Tokyo Games after winning gold at London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro four years later.
Jones and Welsh compatriots Lauren Williams and Beth Munro are now in final preparations for the World Grand Prix in Manchester from 20-23 October.
