Recee is now retired, however, she did play in the WNBA for a brief period with the Seattle Storms. She had to, unfortunately, cut her trip to the WNBA short due to tendonitis in her left arm, and hid it from the team. But after a week, she failed her medical examination and the Storms waived her off. However, in her last preseason game, she went on to score 15 points which showed her mettle.

After retiring from the WNBA, she spent her time around basketball, and even during the COVID-19 pandemic she stayed busy. She interned with the Washington Wizards and the Golden State Warriors. She worked as part of the player development staff during her time with the NBA teams as well.

De’Aaron Fox and Recee are officially a married couple. After spending a few years together, they decided to tie the knot on August 6, 2022. The couple was engaged for 2 years before finally tieing the knot. Many of De’Aaron’s colleagues joined in on the celebrations, and the top players from his Draft batch of 2017 made it to his wedding. Bam Adebayo and Wenyan Gabriel were the two groomsmen at the ceremony.
