Tiger Woods-backed golf and entertainment complex to open in West Palm Beach
Welcome to The Dirt! I’m real estate reporter Kimberly Miller with the latest developments in the sizzling market.
Last week was all about development at the speed of light in downtown West Palm Beach and the continued devouring of the Agricultural Reserve. This go around, the Ag Reserve construction comes with a promise of pickleball. Seriously, pickleball. In the Ag Reserve. Oh, and a fitness center and microbrewery.
Because after 30 minutes on the treadmill a nice microbrew sounds really appealing. ? It will, however, be great for happy hour if you’re near BFE the western Boynton Beach Boulevard corridor.
Also, if you happened to be strolling near Times Square recently, you may have noticed massive electronic billboards touting “Wall Street South”. The signs promoting Palm Beach County don’t single out West Palm Beach for the moniker, but judging by the amount of new Class A office space, including some very high-profile new downtown tenants, it does seem to fit the bill.

Alas, inventory of multi million-dollar homes in Palm Beach is running low, writes luxury real estate reporter Darrell Hofheinz. Just 52 single-family properties are listed in the Palm Beach Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. Surely there are some pocket listings. Palm Beach loves its secrecy-shrouded sales.
Class A office space in West Palm Beach still in high demand by northeast firms and locals alike
It’s not just the Related Cos. of New York snagging leases with top financial firms. A new office building at 300 Banyan in downtown West Palm Beach by Wheelock Street Capital and Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners has inked a deal with its first major tenant — Alvarez & Marsal Capital of Greenwich, Connecticut.
Stephen Ross, Related’s chairman and the owner of the Miami Dolphins football team, recently likened West Palm Beach to Greenwich (only much warmer). Maybe “Greenwich South” should be added as an alternative to “Wall Street South.”
16 indoor pickleball courts! Warehouses! And wine storage!
The District, which will be…
