Shanley volleyball head coach Alexis Bachmeier resigns from post – InForum

FARGO — Alexis Bachmeier has tendered her resignation as head coach of the Fargo Shanley Deacons volleyball team, the school announced on Friday.

Bachmeier was 41-29 overall with the Deacons in two seasons. She led the Deacons to a second-place finishes in the 2023 North Dakota state volleyball and Eastern Dakota Conference tournaments.

“I want to thank Coach Bachmeier for her service,” Shanley activities director Reggie Jackson said in the release. “It will be tough to replace her. She is a great coach, but even more importantly, a wonderful person.”

Bachmeier took over the postion in January 2022. Prior to coaching, Bachmeier was a member of the North Dakota State volleyball team from 2017 to 2021. She is also a Fargo North graduate.
