Michael B. Jordan’s Legacy Classic: Schedule, scores and history of the 2024

The Invesco QQQ Legacy Classic is an HBCU men’s basketball showcase created by award-winning actor, producer and director Michael B. Jordan to showcase HBCU basketball. 

2024’s games were Feb. 3 at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. The games aired on TNT and Max.

The following teams will played in the 2024 Legacy Classic:

  • Grambling State (SWAC)
  • Jackson State (SWAC)
  • Howard (MEAC)
  • Hampton (CAA)

Grambling State vs. Jackson State: 2024 Legacy Classic men’s basketball highlights

In 2024, Grambling State and Hampton became the fifth and six schools to win Legacy Classic games. A year prior was in 2023 when Morgan State, Delaware State, Norfolk State and Hampton played. Delaware State, North Carolina Central, Howard, and North Carolina A&T participated in the inaugural Legacy Classic during the 2021-22 season. See the results below:
