Chelsea have opened talks with Shakhtar Donetsk for highly-rated midfielder Georgiy Sudakov.

Sudakov, 21, is a Ukraine international and according to the Mail, Chelsea are keen to sign him in what could be a £65million deal.

Premier League rivals Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City also have him on their radars, plus there’s interest from Serie A.
