Fantasy Football Rankings Week 12: Sleepers, starts, sits | Latavius Murray,

What do the Week 12 fantasy football rankings come with? A side dish of Thanksgiving fun. Well, more so the Top 10 worst side dishes for Thanksgiving, but as we debate if cranberry sauce is a food, let’s give you some sleepers for Week 12, plus the final buys and sells of the NFL season.

*** Oh! And, we might have found a solution to the rankings widget issue by using Fantasy Nation (via Football Diehards). All three scorings work and are editable by me (unlike before), and the widget will let you scroll on Android (browser) without using two fingers! YAY! ***

2022 Week 12 Fantasy Football Sleepers

? HEADS UP ? These are sleepers. They will not mimic my rankings 100%. This is chasing upside and often carries more risk.

QUARTERBACK

POSSIBLY START: Geno Smith, SEA — Russell Wilson’s poor Week 11 performance marked the first time a quarterback hasn’t thrown for a touchdown or reached 16.7 points against the Raiders. In fact, Wilson managed 26.4 in the first matchup with the Raiders, with Davis Mills and Andy Dalton managing to throw two touchdowns in their matchups. Smith has 2+ touchdowns in all but two games, including four straight heading into the Seahawks’ bye.

RUNNING BACK

POSSIBLY START: Latavius Murray, DEN — As mentioned in waivers, this backfield is nearly all Murray’s now, and while the offense still can’t get out of its own way, bellcow work has value. Sure, there is a low floor, but the matchup helps, as the Panthers were the ones responsible for Joe Mixon’s insane Week 9. They also allowed the likes of Darrell Henderson, Tyler Allgeier and Tevin Coleman — yes, you read that correctly — to score 12+ points.

HAIL MARY START: Raheem Mostert, MIA — How do these running back scores look: 10.0, 11.3, 11.8, 15.3, 22.5, 35.0, 35.3? Those seven came in the past five games against the Texans… just five! So, while Jeff Wilson is now the lead for the Dolphins, Raheem Mostert has enough upside to hit double-digits in the same game, just as Dontrell Hilliard and Kenneth Gainwell did.

WIDE RECEIVER

POSSIBLY START: Drake London, ATL — With Kyle Pitts done for the year, Marcus Mariota should lean on London 50% of the time. The problem is that would still equal just 11 targets a week on average. Nevertheless, while the Commanders have been playing better, they still provide the 10th-most favorable wideout matchup in Week 12. Brandin Cooks had 6-3-70-0 last week, and while that’s nothing to trip yourself up over, it’s still usable if you’re thin at receiver.

POSSIBLY START: Allen Robinson, LAR — Assuming it’s John Wolford at quarterback, Robinson has the Cooks/London team volume play going. He also has the best matchup of the week with the Chiefs forcing opponents to play catch-up while also being vulnerable to the pass. Just like London, it’s a risky play, but Josh Palmer and Keenan…
