2020 Charles Schwab Challenge leaderboard: Live coverage, golf scores, updates,

After the longest unplanned break for the PGA Tour since World War II, professional golf is back in a big way today at the 2020 Charles Schwab Challenge. A monstrous field that includes 80% of the top 20 players in the world is ready to roll at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas.

Storylines are abundant, and with the quality of this field, should be such all weekend. Rory McIlroy leads the way into the return of golf during a pandemic as the No. 1 player in the world who has not finished outside the top five on the PGA Tour since last August. He’s joined by Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, Webb Simpson, Justin Thomas — four of the best players on the planet this season — as well as a suddenly-healthy (and mustachioed) Brooks Koepka. We haven’t even touched on Phil Mickelson, Jordan Spieth and Rickie Fowler.
