Russell Westbrook trade from Lakers still possible: Sources
The Lakers haven’t ruled out trading point guard Russell Westbrook, and the possibility remains real, sources told The Athletic as part of a detailed report by Shams Charania, Sam Amick and Jovan Buha on the current situation in L.A.
That decision will be based on a number of factors, including how Westbrook plays under Darvin Ham, who was hired as the team’s head coach over the summer, and Westbrook’s willingness to follow through with the plans set, sources said.
