“I’m leaving with a bad taste in my mouth, but with the goal accomplished. It was very difficult for me today, I rowed and I fought, but I made many mistakes. However, I have fulfilled the objective of learning and enjoying.
The public has turned to me and has made me very happy. The main lesson I get is that I have to let my game flow. Sometimes I have wanted to hit perfect shots and make more birdies. I’ve seen that the pros play their own way, they all know what they’re doing, and they execute their plan perfectly”, said Madrid-born Luis Masaveu (19 years old) after his most difficult day at the Acciona Open de España, finishing 34th with -7.

The man from Madrid has been the great revelation along with the 22-year-old Catalan, also an amateur, Quim Vidal (39th with -6) who has finished his university studies in Nevada and sees very close to him his transition to professionalism.
