First-year Missouri men’s basketball coach Dennis Gates has hoisted his first air ball.
Gates is recruiting well. He’s impressing fans at meet-and-greets, including during a Thursday night happy hour with area alums in St. Louis. So far, so good.
But hey, no one is perfect.
It turns out Gates is one of the growing number of coaches advocating for an expanded NCAA Tournament.
