Karlsson Chase Continues; Oops, My Mistake
These are the dog days of the Pittsburgh Penguins’ offseason and, given the steamy weather in much of the U.S. lately, one can only hope that canine is of a short-haired variety.
And while the past week was relatively uneventful for the Penguins, Kyle Dubas, their president of hockey operations and interim general manager, still has more than a few things remaining on his offseason to-do list.
The most pressing probably is his ongoing pursuit of San Jose defenseman Erik Karlsson, but Dubas also has to fill out his front office, either appointing a permanent GM or taking on the job himself on a full-time basis.

Sunday
