NASCAR’s Kyle Busch selling house on Lake Norman in NC for nearly $13m

NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Busch is moving.

Busch and his wife Samantha jointly posted on Instagram Monday evening that their Lake Norman home was up for sale. The massive lakefront estate, which has been on the market since earlier this summer, is listed for just under $13 million.

The 15,000-square-foot home sits on 1.4 acres of prime Norman Estates property and features dozens of custom and luxury amenities.

The house is listed by Heather Gibbs, the daughter-in-law of Super Bowl winning coach and NASCAR team owner Joe Gibbs.

While a specific location was not named, the Busch family will be moving “in better proximity to the majority of [their] activities.”

The Instagram post read: “Just like happens with so many people, over the last decade our lives have slowly changed and so have our needs in a “home.” We’ve welcomed two amazing children, jobs have changed and where we spend the majority of our time when we are not on the road has changed.”
