NFL legend Tom Brady showed no signs of rust when he threw a pass across a ballroom to rugby league star Reece Walsh.

Brady’s speaking tour in Australia has been attended by some of the continent’s biggest names, particularly in sport. After UFC featherweight champion and former rugby player Alexander Volkanovski caught the first long pass from Brady in Melbourne, 21-year-old fullback Walsh caught one of his own in Brisbane

A clip shows Brady launching a piercingly accurate pass over a room full of tables before Walsh caught it with both hands.

Instead of being stationary, Walsh – who was hailed as the ‘Tom Brady of Queensland‘ during the engagement – impressively made a run for the catch.

Walsh attended the event with his NRL team, the Brisbane Broncos, and shared snaps from the evening on his Instagram account.
