CBC Sports reported on Monday that MLSE minority owner Larry Tanenbaum is pursuing a bid for a WNBA franchise in Toronto. While nothing has been confirmed as of yet, Tanenbaum’s group is reportedly expected to meet with the WNBA leadership to discuss the proposed bid.
