10 NHL prospects who could be called up this season

There are a lot of questions surrounding the goaltender position in Nashville. It starts with Juuse Saros and his contract that expires after the 2024-25 season. He was involved in trade rumors before the March 8 trade deadline passed, making it more likely that Askarov is the future in net. Nashville is right in the thick of it with 78 points, enough for the top wild card spot in the Western Conference. Kevin Lankinen has been so-so this season and the Preds could opt to replace him with the elite Russian prospect as they push for the playoffs.
