Creighton basketball’s Brock Vice enters the transfer portal

Creighton center Brock Vice has entered the transfer portal, a team spokesperson confirmed to The World-Herald. He’s the first Jay to leave after Friday’s Sweet 16 loss to Tennessee.
Vice, a 6-foot-10 freshman out of Memphis, redshirted this season with CU already having Ryan Kalkbrenner and Fred King.
A midseason change, which included Isaac Traudt playing the five in some lineups, threw an extra person into the mix down low.
Vice averaged 4.7 points and 6.0 rebounds in nine minutes a game during the Jays’ exhibition tour in the Bahamas summer.
