Eddie Hall Shows Off His Remarkable Body Transformation After Doing 100 Sit-Ups

Eddie Hall has shown off his remarkable body transformation after setting himself the task of performing 100 sit-ups per day for 30 days.

Ahead of the fight, Hall is keen to get himself in fighting shape and he’s decided to use the current lockdown as a way to lean out.

“Now I’m going to start dropping bodyweight and getting fit,” the 32-year-old began.

I’m going to attempt 100 sit-ups. I don’t think I’ll get there, but it’s a building process… Rome wasn’t built in a day!

So I’m going to try and do 100 sit-ups every day, a little bit of boxing work and then I’m going to go for a bike ride and start dropping the pounds.

I am currently today 385lbs, which is 175kg. In English terms? It’s about 27 and three-quarter stone, so just shy of 28 stone.

“I’m going to document this journey for you guys to see.”

What follows is a montage of ‘The Beast’ completing his sit-ups in a variety of different locations, from his back garden to personal gym and even in the kitchen.

It’s clear to see that Hall’s form and consistency improves with every passing day and by the end he is set into a routine.

One the final day, he addresses the camera again and lays out his results – with the Brit noting he’s dropped ‘around’ eight kilograms.

He also stands facing the camera with his shirt off and a six pack clearly visible.

“I’m currently 166 kilos.

So I anticipate I’ve lost around about eight kilos, so about a stone and a quarter in English terms and I feel great for it.

“I feel absolutely fantastic. All the excess fat’s gone, my abs have come out massively, so I’m really, really happy with the results.”

Hall also explains he’s begun much more ‘explosive’ workouts rather than focusing on the weights he can lift, which has resulted in a slight drop of muscle mass.

He then references his upcoming fight with ‘Thor’ and stresses he wants to lose even more weight ahead of the contest in Las Vegas.

“I’ve got to bring it all down,” he says.

“I don’t think I’m going to be going in the ring at 160 plus kilos. It’d be a bit silly anyway, I think me and Thor both need to drop in bodyweight so we’re both fit to do three minute rounds, step in the ring and give the boxing sport the respect it deserves.”

Are you excited to see Hall and ‘The Mountain’ square-off and who do you think will come out on top?
