Shiery made the commitment announcement Thursday night on social media.

Shiery is a volleyball and basketball standout at Central Dauphin and opted for the former when pursuing college offers.

Shiery missed part of both volleyball and basketball seasons in 2022-23 due to injury, but is now healthy and expected to play a big role on both teams.

The Central Dauphin girls volleyball team, under the direction of head coach Josh Brenneman, is returning most of its offensive players for the upcoming season and a good year is expected.

Shiery, a middle hitter, plays her club volleyball at Fusion Volleyball Club.
