Antonio Reeves, Kentucky: Reeves scores 20 points a night in his sleep. He never stops moving without the basketball, and his 3-pointers

Boo Buie, Northwestern: Buie is unguardable. He has almost no flaws in his offensive game. Buie was a losing player earlier in his career. He’s changed into a massive win-first point guard who you have to guard the moment he crosses halfcourt. He’s a late-game killer.

Caleb Love, Arizona: Divorce was good for Caleb Love and UNC. The Pac-12 Player of the Year had a fabulous regular season under Tommy Lloyd and continues to be an audacious shot-maker with literally everything in his bag.

Ryan Kalkbrenner, Creighton: The three-time, Big East Defensive Player of the Year is the King of Verticality while averaging over 17 points per game.

Braden Smith, Purdue: Smith’s pull-up jumper is almost automatic. The sophomore guard has ice in his veins and lives for the big moments. Purdue doesn’t have just one superstar. It has two.

Johnell Davis, FAU: Davis is the best guard on the floor at almost all times. Davis is shooting a career-best 43% from 3-point range, and he’s impossible to stay in front of.

KJ Simpson, Colorado: Simpson is quietly having an insane season. The Colorado star guard has kept the train on the tracks for an oft-injured CU club with insane shooting splits across the board. Simpson is stupid-good.

Great Osobor, Utah State: The Mountain West Player of the Year is a complete wagon in the paint with some of the softest hands in the country. Osobor, seemingly, catches everything.

Cam Spencer, UConn: Spencer has the second-best offensive rating in the country, and the chip on his shoulder grows daily. Spencer is the extra son Danny Hurley didn’t know he needed.

Hunter Sallis, Wake Forest: Sallis may be the most improved player in the country. He’s elite around the rim and he’s shooting over 40% from downtown, but it’s his midrange jumper that’s completely nasty. Everyone wants to be a three-level scorer. Sallis actually is.
